Open public call for legal entities that perform innovative activities for the admission of tenants in the STP Montenegro<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The Science and Technology Park of Montenegro has published a public invitation for the reception of the first tenants, for legal entities that perform innovative activities.

The right to participate under this Public Call is for legal entities that carry out innovative and scientific research activities, that develop innovative products, services or technologies, namely:

\u2013 Micro, small and medium-sized companies<\/strong>, for partial or complete placement of their development and operations in the NTP of Montenegro;
\u2013 Large commercial companies <\/strong>to place exclusively their research and development departments in the National Research and Development Center of Montenegro;
\u2013 Licensed scientific research institutions.<\/strong>

Legal entities that carry out innovative and scientific research activities can participate in this Public Call under the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 their requirements correspond to the infrastructural capacities available to the NTP of Montenegro;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 there are no liquidation or bankruptcy proceedings against them and no permanent or temporary ban on business activity has been imposed on them;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 regularly fulfill obligations to pay taxes and contributions on personal income, corporate income tax and value added tax, that is, regularly settle reprogrammed tax obligations;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 do not operate in any of the following areas: production\/trade in weapons and ammunition, production\/trade in alcoholic beverages (except beer and wine), production\/trade in excise goods, games of chance;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 the product or technology does not damage biodiversity and\/or endanger the environment;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 the legal representative has not been convicted of criminal offenses against the economy and the environment, for the criminal offense of accepting or giving a bribe and the criminal offense of fraud;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 have been operating positively in the last two years 5 ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 for scientific and research institutions, the license of the relevant ministry.
Foreign companies that want to move their development departments to the NTP of Montenegro will be obliged to register in Montenegro in accordance with the Law on Business Companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Applications are submitted exclusively electronically on the NTP CG website – https:\/\/konkursi.ntpark.me\/<\/strong><\/a>, and the Public Call is open until August 31, 2024. years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the evaluation process, it is necessary to submit the original or notarized documentation, which must not be older than 3 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
