Open public Call for complementary organizations for tenant admission to STP Montenegro<\/h3>\n\n

The Science and technology park of Montenegro has published a Public call for the admission of the first tenants, specifically for complementary organizations. \n \nEligible to participate in this Public Call are complementary organizations, which are legal entities that provide support to innovation activity entities, or organizations that perform activities that can support STP Montenegro in achieving the strategic goals outlined in this Public call, as well as all STP tenants, such as:<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 Training and education; <\/p>\n\n

\u2013 Mentorship services;<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 Marketing services;<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 Consulting services;<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 Research and development;<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 Organization of events, seminars, conferences, etc.;<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 Services for connecting and networking with domestic and international business partners;<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 Business internationalization programs.<\/p>\n\n

Complementary organizations can participate in this Public call provided they have a developed activity plan aimed at supporting STP CG tenants. Some of the expert services that complementary organizations must provide to STP tenants must be available free of charge, while the terms for using other expert services will be separately negotiated. In addition to the above, they must also meet the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 Operate as organizations and have been providing the relevant services for more than 3 years;<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 Their business activities align with the goals of NTP CG (supporting the development and commercialization of research, employment, revenue and export growth, business networking, etc.);<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 Their technical, logistical, and business requirements align with the resources available at NTP CG;<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 Their activities do not in any way endanger or compromise the activities of STP CG or its members, meaning they do not work against the interests of STP CG or its tenants;<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 Regularly fulfill their obligations for payment of taxes and contributions on personal income, corporate income tax, and value-added tax, or regularly settle reprogrammed tax obligations;<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 The legal representative has not been convicted of criminal offenses against the economy and the environment, bribery, or fraud.<\/p>\n\n

Applications can be submitted exclusively electronically on the website STP CG \u2013 https:\/\/konkursi.ntpark.me\/<\/strong><\/a>, The Public call is open until August 31, 2024.<\/p>\n\n

After the evaluation process, the documentation must be submitted in original or notarized form, and it must not be older than 3 months.<\/p>\n\n
