Following the summer break, another LinkUp event was successfully organized by Science and Technology Park of Montenegro, Chamber of Economy of Montenegro, and Innovation Fund of Montenegro gathering a large number of entrepreneurs, innovators, and representatives of the startup community with the aim of finding concrete opportunities for funding, networking, and business growth. Recognized as a dynamic gathering organized every second Wednesday of the month, LinkUp continuously brings value to our innovators. The main goal of this program is to bridge the gap between available funds and the economy, enabling domestic entrepreneurs to maximize support programs, strengthen their competitiveness, and build a stable network of partnerships through the B2B and networking segment. \n<\/p>\n\n
The event was officially opened by Radivoje Drobnjak, MSc, Head of the Sector for Innovation Programs and Projects at STP MNE, who welcomed the attendees and set the stage for a productive exchange of information and experiences. During the main part of the program, participants were directly informed about the latest updates from key institutions. \n<\/p>\n\n
Sa\u0161a Ivanovi\u0107 presented the tools and opportunities provided by the Innovation Fund of Montenegro. Ivana Bulatovi\u0107, on behalf of the Ministry of Tourism, explained the available support lines aimed at improving energy efficiency. Nemanja Pekovi\u0107 spoke about the importance of the green transition and the current programs of the EcoFund.<\/p>\n\n
In the field of digitalization, Tanja Radusinovi\u0107 introduced the participants to the new services and support opportunities provided by MontEDIH. The program also included a presentation of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), during which Nina Perunovi\u0107 presented in detail the programs designed for startups and developing companies. \n<\/p>\n\n
The event also had a regional dimension through the guest appearances of representatives from innovation centers in Serbia. Their experiences and best practices were shared by Dragana Matijevi\u0107, Director of CRID from Vrnja\u010dka Banja, Milo\u0161 \u017divkovi\u0107, Director of the Impuls Center from Gornji Milanovac, and Stojan Vukovi\u0107 on behalf of IBC Zlatibor.<\/p>\n\n
The final segment of LinkUp was dedicated to financial instruments. Batri\u0107 Janji\u0107, representing Hipotekarna Bank, and Denisa \u0160ehovi\u0107 Red\u017eepagi\u0107, representing NLB Bank, discussed the possibilities of financing business ideas from the perspective of the banking sector, presenting support models directly available to the Montenegrin economy. \n<\/p>\n\n
The latest edition of LinkUp confirmed that timely information and high-quality networking are the most valuable resources for every company. \n<\/p>\n\n
