It aims to accelerate the integration of national systems into the European Research Area (ERA) and the European Education Area, foster sustainable regional cohesion, and prepare candidate countries for closer alignment with the European Union\u2019s strategic and financial priorities.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"800\" data-end=\"1211\">The project focuses on strategic resilience and accelerating the green and digital transitions, while providing strong support for smart specialisation strategies and inclusive growth. By bringing together national institutions, civil society, industry and academia, the project enables the development of sustainable solutions and lasting cooperation that will continue to have an impact beyond its completion.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1213\" data-end=\"1252\">The project\u2019s expected results include:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1254\" data-end=\"1837\">\n<li data-section-id=\"vwxvuu\" data-start=\"1254\" data-end=\"1378\">Structured policy dialogue through high-level ministerial meetings, thematic workshops and the exchange of good practices.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1sxbwkb\" data-start=\"1379\" data-end=\"1542\">Provision of new Financial Support to Third Parties (FSTP) through flexible grants intended for collaborative innovation and the application of research results.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"l6fy8u\" data-start=\"1543\" data-end=\"1680\">Targeted capacity building through training in research reform, digitalisation, technology transfer and evidence-based decision-making.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1eik61q\" data-start=\"1681\" data-end=\"1837\">Systemic support for the twin transition by fostering green and digital transformation, with inclusive participation across all ten enlargement countries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1839\" data-end=\"2361\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Projects such as this demonstrate a strong commitment to integration into European research frameworks and the development of innovative solutions.
