The seventh Engineering School of Science was officially opened at \u0110or\u0111ija Peruni\u010di\u0107a Square, organised by the NGO \u201cKorak sa naukom\u201d. Recognising the importance of such gatherings in nurturing new generations of visionaries, the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro is proud to have supported the organisation of this year\u2019s camp.<\/p>\n\n
This traditional summer camp once again brought together talented high school students from Montenegro and the region, providing them with an opportunity to learn and create with the support of the academic community, experienced engineers, and researchers.<\/p>\n\n
That STP Montenegro is committed to providing tangible support and encouragement to young talents was reaffirmed by Srna Sudar, phd, Director of the Technology Transfer Office, who attended the official opening. In her address to the high school students, she emphasised that they should not view the school solely through the lens of formal education, but also as a space for play and free thinking. She encouraged them to embrace fun as a way to open their minds, give wings to their creativity, and strengthen themselves for the challenges they aspire to solve in the future.<\/p>\n\n
The opening evening was further enriched and made even more inspiring by renowned writer Uro\u0161 Petrovi\u0107, whose long-standing work has been dedicated to fostering creative and logical thinking among younger generations. Through the exchange of ideas and interaction with guests from the world of research and science, the high school students are given a unique opportunity to broaden their horizons beyond conventional frameworks.<\/p>\n\n
We wish the participants of the Engineering School of Science a successful programme and inspiring days ahead.
