For the third year in a row, the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro is opening its doors to young girls from across the country, continuing to create a space where ideas are born, developed, and transformed into inspiration for the future. Through this now-traditional event, \u201cGirls\u2019 Day in ICT and STEM,\u201d a community of young innovators (female students from the upper grades of elementary school) is nurtured, bravely taking their first steps into the world of technology and science.<\/p>\n\n

The goal of the event is to empower girls to recognize and develop their potential in technology, innovation, and science, and to inspire them through meetings with successful women from the ICT and STEM sectors.<\/p>\n\n
The speakers and mentors will be women from the startup and innovation world, who will share their experiences and demonstrate how technology can be a tool for creating positive change in society.<\/p>\n\n

The event is designed as a mini EXPO and workshop, featuring practical tasks, gamification, and inspiring activities. Its purpose is for each girl to leave with new knowledge, confidence, and the belief that she too can be a driver of change and a creator of new ideas.
