Yesterday, the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro hosted the second meeting of representatives from institutions, international partners, and innovative companies as part of the Plymouth\u2013Montenegro Partnership Development Programme.<\/p>\n\n
The Head of the Innovation Programs and Projects Sector, Mr. Radivoje Drobnjak, presented the innovative companies that form the core of the innovation system, after which the teams shared their stories \u2014 from initial ideas and challenges to the concrete solutions they are developing and implementing today.<\/p>\n\n
With the attention of their colleagues, Marina Braleti\u0107, Project Manager at FiveG, spoke about how AI, robotics, and VR solutions were developed specifically to address real-world problems and everyday applications across various industries. Participants also had the opportunity to try VR headsets, virtually travel through the Bay of Kotor, and experience an interactive, futuristic museum where they could freely explore and \u201ctouch\u201d exhibits in an entirely new way.<\/p>\n\n
Milena \u0110ukanovi\u0107 presented Printique and its journey from idea to brand, combining 3D printing, fashion, and sustainable materials to create products with a personal and creative touch. She successfully merged 3D-printed jewelry, clothing, and sustainable materials into a cohesive visual language, captivating all those in attendance.<\/p>\n\n
Mert \u00c7akmak from Founder L.t.d. shared his experience in connecting artistic disciplines and creating new formats through which food and music bring people and ideas together. He explained the scope of the company\u2019s activities and outlined the planned projects and initiatives for the upcoming period.<\/p>\n\n
ZUNO Games, presented by Sanja Garda\u0161evi\u0107 and her colleagues, tells a story of an interactive and engaging way of learning that transforms information into knowledge. \n \nAn inspiring story about her beginnings was shared by Milena \u017divkovi\u0107 from the startup \u017d SPACE, where she spoke about developing a concept that combines art, science, and ecology, with a focus on creativity and personal growth through the idea of \u201cmental ecology.\u201d Participants also met her assistant, her dog \u0160ugi, who played a significant role throughout the creative process.<\/p>\n\n
On the other hand, participants heard interesting figures and positive forecasts following the launch of the ABOOK app from Iva Kasalica, who spoke about the simple yet powerful idea of making knowledge and stories accessible to everyone through audio format. Meanwhile, EVOM, as a startup, attracted attention with its concept and potential in automobile manufacturing.<\/p>\n\n
Following an engaging introduction by the young innovators, the Executive Director of the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro, Ms. Valentina Radulovi\u0107, and the Executive Director of the Montenegro Innovation Fund, Katarina Lalovi\u0107, addressed the audience, highlighting the importance of supporting the development of the innovation ecosystem. A special contribution from an academic perspective was also provided by Senka \u0160ekularac-Ivo\u0161evi\u0107. phd, from the Faculty of Maritime Studies in Kotor.<\/p>\n\n
Members of the delegation from the United Kingdom shared their experiences and examples of best practices, expressing full support for the ideas and projects presented to them during the meeting.<\/p>\n\n
