On 18 March, the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro hosted the \u201cDisrupt Mindset Industry\u201d workshop, which provides a framework for rethinking how teams operate and enables the development of shared solutions that meet the needs of today\u2019s labour market.<\/p>\n\n
This dynamic event brought together several dozen participants from companies and the startup community. The workshop was organised through two parallel tracks\u2014HR and startup\u2014and participants had the opportunity to explore challenges and potential solutions from different perspectives through interactive work.<\/p>\n\n
HR teams from leading companies such as CKB, One, NLB, Lu\u0161tica, Monteput, and Montenegro Stars shared the Unicorn Hall with members of the startup community, including STP tenants Web Falcon, PAID, and BeBeep, as well as representatives of the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro.<\/p>\n\n
The workshop, focused on addressing the challenges of the modern business world, was organised by HR World, and the founder of the organisation had the opportunity to welcome participants at the beginning of the event.<\/p>\n\n
\u201cThis is an ideal combination because it brings together different perspectives, levels of experience, and expertise,\u201d stated at the beginning of the workshop Nevena Stanisavljevi\u0107, founder of the HR World organisation and creator of the Disrupt Mindset methodology, and Ana \u0110urovi\u0107, CEO of Brain Code and DMI representative for Montenegro.<\/p>\n\n
As they emphasised, the complexity of today\u2019s business environment requires a different way of thinking, as well as a willingness to view challenges from others\u2019 perspectives in order to develop innovative approaches and improve existing processes.<\/p>\n\n
The workshop was designed as a team coaching process. Over four hours of work, participants engaged in a structured exchange of ideas, analysed challenges from multiple perspectives, and collaboratively developed solutions through an iterative approach. At the end of the training, each team was tasked with defining a concrete action plan with clear steps that could be applied in their work as early as the following day, as practicality is a key advantage of this programme.<\/p>\n\n
The Disrupt Mindset was officially introduced in Montenegro through this event, with the aim of encouraging innovative thinking and improving business processes.<\/p>\n\n
The Science and Technology Park continues to contribute to the development of human capital and the advancement of knowledge and skills through events of this kind.<\/p>\n\n
