Out of <strong>66 applications<\/strong>, <strong>22 of the most promising students<\/strong> were selected, forming 7 teams and working on innovative solutions in the areas of <strong>S3 smart specialization.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The award for the best team<\/strong> went to <strong>Secure Link,<\/strong> which stood out with its innovative solution in the<strong> field of information security and cybersecurity.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Team members: Jovana Popovi\u0107, Filip Mara\u0161, Damir Velovi\u0107, and Ognjen Tomi\u010di\u0107.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The best performance<\/strong> was delivered by the team <strong>Tehno Seljaci<\/strong> (Agriculture and Technology).&#13;\nMembers: Andrija Mitrovi\u0107, Aleksandar Toma\u0161evi\u0107, Du\u0161an Zeki\u0107, and Petar Perovi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Other teams that made an outstanding contribution to the program and demonstrated <strong>potential through their innovative ideas:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Rizz<\/strong> \u2013 Creative Industries (Ana Jokanovi\u0107, Marko Jocovi\u0107, Jovana Ke\u0161eljevi\u0107)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Guardia<\/strong> \u2013 Sports and IT (Sava Tomovi\u0107, Petar Popovi\u0107)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ouroboros \u2013<\/strong> Sustainable Energy and Environmental Protection in the Digital Age (Amela Muri\u0107, Jelena \u0110orovi\u0107, Milica Ignjatovi\u0107).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the program, participants worked with 11 instructors and 10 mentors, and took part in 4 team games, through which they developed skills and knowledge crucial for innovative thinking and an entrepreneurial spirit.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The jury, consisting of <strong>Valentina Radulovi\u0107 (STP MNE), Milutin Boji\u0107 (FiveG), \u017deljko Lu\u010di\u0107 (IPC Tehnopolis), and Jovana Milovi\u0107 (Crnogorski Telekom),<\/strong> faced an extremely challenging task in selecting the best among many outstanding ideas.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We thank all participants, mentors, instructors, the jury, and attendees for an inspiring finale and the shared energy that drives innovation!<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Skills Up<\/strong> has once again shown that Montenegrin students possess the knowledge, talent, and courage to shape the future.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On Friday, October 24, 2025, the Skills Up Program finale for student innovators was held at the Science and Technology Park, bringing a wealth of ideas, creativity, and positive energy!
