{"id":14344,"date":"2025-10-21T10:31:13","date_gmt":"2025-10-21T08:31:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ntpark.me\/uncategorized\/ntp-crne-gore-i-respa-potpisali-memorandum-o-razumijevanju-jacanje-saradnje-na-polju-inovacija-i-digitalne-transformacije-javnog-sektora\/"},"modified":"2025-10-22T09:05:38","modified_gmt":"2025-10-22T07:05:38","slug":"ntp-crne-gore-i-respa-potpisali-memorandum-o-razumijevanju-jacanje-saradnje-na-polju-inovacija-i-digitalne-transformacije-javnog-sektora","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ntpark.me\/en\/news\/ntp-crne-gore-i-respa-potpisali-memorandum-o-razumijevanju-jacanje-saradnje-na-polju-inovacija-i-digitalne-transformacije-javnog-sektora\/","title":{"rendered":"The Montenegro Science and Technology Park and ReSPA have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen cooperation in the fields of innovation and digital transformation of the public sector"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Director of the <strong>Montenegro Science and Technology Park (STP MNE), Valentina Radulovi\u0107,<\/strong> and the <strong>Director of the Regional School of Public Administration (ReSPA), Maja Handjiska Trendafilova, <\/strong>signed <strong>a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)<\/strong> that opens a new chapter of cooperation between the two institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The memorandum establishes a framework for joint action in the areas of<strong> digital innovation, public service transformation, capacity building, and knowledge exchange, as well as applied research in artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, and user-centered public service design.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\r\nValentina Radulovi\u0107, <\/strong>Director of the Montenegro Science and Technology Park, emphasized that by signing this Memorandum, the two institutions further strengthen their cooperation:<strong>\r\n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBy signing this Memorandum, we are strengthening the cooperation between the Montenegro Science and Technology Park and ReSPA, with the aim of fostering innovation and digital transformation in the public sector, as well as connecting government institutions with the innovation ecosystem and the academic community.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the other hand, <strong>Maja Handjiska Trendafilova,<\/strong> Director of ReSPA, emphasized that the partnership with STP reflects a shared commitment to modernizing public administration in the region:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis partnership reflects our shared commitment to building smarter, more resilient, and more innovative public administrations across the region. Together, we can turn good ideas into concrete tools that make public services more efficient and accessible.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The signed Memorandum also outlines a series of <strong>joint activities<\/strong> that will contribute to the practical application of innovations in the public sector.
