The event brought together representatives from institutions, businesses, and the academic community from Montenegro and Nordic countries, aiming to exchange experiences and strengthen partnerships in sustainable urban development, smart transport, and mobility.<\/p>\n\n<p>The conference is part of the project <strong>\u201cNordic Green and Smart Cities \u2013 Building Partnerships in the Western Balkan Countries,\u201d<\/strong> supported by the <strong>Nordic Council of Ministers and <\/strong>implemented in collaboration<strong> with the embassies of Denmark, Finland, Sweden, and Norway, as well as the Nordic Business Alliance.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The conference was opened by the <strong>Ambassador of Finland, H.E. Niklas Lindqvist,<\/strong> who emphasized the importance of cooperation between the Nordic countries and Montenegro in developing smart and sustainable urban environments. In the opening session, the State Secretary of the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation, <strong>Tatjana \u0106alasan,<\/strong> and the Executive Director of the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro, <strong>Valentina Radulovi\u0107,<\/strong> spoke, highlighting the importance of innovation, mobility, and sustainable planning for the future of Montenegrin cities.<\/p>\n\n<p>During the panel \u201cInstitutions Building Partnerships \u2013 Montenegro and Nordic Countries,\u201d participants discussed how joint actions by the public, private, and academic sectors can accelerate the transition to greener and smarter cities.<\/p>\n\n<p>The panelists were:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Radivoje Drobnjak, Program Activities Manager at the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bojana Femi\u0107-Radosavovi\u0107, Executive Director of the Innovation Fund of Montenegro,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prof.Mijat Jocovi\u0107, Dean of the Faculty of Economics, phd,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u017deljko Lu\u010di\u0107, Business Incubator Manager at IPC Tehnopolis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>As part of the conference, <strong>B2B meetings<\/strong> were organized between Finnish and local companies to foster networking and exchange of experiences.
