Valentina Radulovi\u0107,<\/strong> participated in the panel \u201cDigital Foundations \u2013 System and Data Security in the Era of Global Threats and Geopolitical Challenges\u201d as part of Infofest 2025, held in Budva.<\/p>\n\n<p>In her address, she highlighted several key messages:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The role of the Science and Technology Park is to serve as a bridge between the academic and business communities, as only through the collaborative work of researchers, students, and companies can we build strong digital foundations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sustainable digital security requires strong collaboration between <strong>the public and private sectors<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Montenegrin ICT companies and startups have the opportunity to move from being implementers to <strong>becoming creators of advanced solutions,<\/strong> particularly in the areas of cybersecurity and digital infrastructure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Startups are recognized as a <strong>driving force<\/strong> for development that can position Montenegro in the global market, while the Science and Technology Park continues to provide a platform for innovation development, international partnerships, and enhancing the global visibility of domestic companies.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Innovation and knowledge remain our strongest assets in digital transformation!<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On Monday, September 29, the Director of the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro, M.Sc.
