aged 18 to 26, as well as final-year high school students, to join the pre-incubation startup program \u2013 <strong>SkillsUP (Generation 2),<\/strong> which offers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An opportunity to gain new knowledge and experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A dynamic and inspiring work environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Teamwork through which you will meet other young innovative minds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creative challenges through which you will explore your potential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The program will take place<strong> from October 20 to 24 in the<\/strong> \u201cMVP\u201d conference hall at the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro.\r\n\r\n<strong>Program contents<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over five intensive days, you will experience different work formats:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dynamic lectures and hands-on workshops<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team-building games<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mentoring sessions with experienced professionals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inspirational talks with successful startup leaders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The topics are tailored to key areas of smart specialization, giving you the opportunity to work on projects focused on innovative development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why SkillsUP?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The goal of the SkillsUP program is the comprehensive development of students, which
