On Monday, June 23, 2025, the Start-up Evening \u2013 Finals of the Competition for the Best Start-up and Entrepreneurial idea was held at the Science and technology park, organized by the UoM Career Development and Lifelong Learning Office and its partners. The aim of the final evening was to promote entrepreneurial spirit and innovation among young people and to provide support for the realization of their initiatives.<\/p>\n\n
During the Start-up Evening, five selected student teams presented their innovative ideas, developed with the support of mentors \u2013 professors from the University of Montenegro and experts from the business sector and institutions.<\/p>\n\n
First place was awarded to the AI platform for early detection of breast cancer in Montenegro,<\/strong> created by Aleksandar Dra\u0161kovi\u0107, a student at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering.<\/p>\n\n Second place went to the Smart Pill Dispenser,<\/strong> an intelligent device for dispensing medication, while third place was awarded to Stanarko \u2013 Home at a Click,<\/strong> an app for safe and simple property rental.<\/p>\n\n Through a conversation with UoM alumni, participants had the opportunity to hear inspiring stories about career paths, with the message that the right choices and brave steps begin during student days.
