www.digitalizuj.me<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\nThe International Girls in ICT Day is observed every fourth Thursday in April each year as an initiative launched by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), one of the United Nations agencies for information and communication technologies. The event is celebrated in more than 140 countries worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This year, on Thursday, April 22, the 10th anniversary of the “International Girls in ICT Day” will be celebrated. The initiative aims to create a global environment that empowers and encourages girls to consider a career in the growing ICT sector, providing opportunities for both young women and IT companies to benefit from increased female participation in the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The panel discussion marking this occasion will take place on Thursday, April 22. The event will begin with an address by Tamara Srzenti\u0107, Minister of Public Administration, Digital Society, and Media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
